"Workout of the Day" is a CrossFit term. For our purposes, we will be working out for 20:00 using "Jerry Cans", the water jugs that are used in third world countries to deliver water to the villages.  Your workout will be customized for you by filling the Jerry can to your desired weight.  The purpose of this type workout is to bring awareness to daily living in Africa and India.  We are partnering with NeverThirst who builds clean water wells in these villages that last up to 20 years. Twenty minutes of your time to bring clean water to hundreds of people for 20 years. 

Registration fee is $40. Pre-registered participants should be there around 8:30am  Day of registration will begin at 8:00am.
